Great Power Point... any chance you have a podcast of your presentation? Or better yet, a presentation scheduled for your local audience?

I am curious about your opinion regarding routines... how much do you think the classroom routine should be switched up? Or should instruction within a routine be the only thing that changes? What happens to a student who doesn't know what to expect from a class session before they walk in each day? I know the rules and procedures should be constant, but aside from those, what is your opinion?
